• Pre-Booking: Places are secured in advance via pre-payment only, verbal reservations are not accepted. Please use the Paypal 'Buy Now' buttons above to pay by card, you do not need a paypal account; or email for Bank Transfer details. Postal bookings are not accepted. In-person cash bookings can be brought into an existing class, please call or email for information. Take note of the Money Back Guarantee and refund terms below. Under booked courses/classes are cancelled and refunded. Please be aware your place is considered voided and may be given to another student if you do not attend the first class of a course to enrol and honour your booking, unless you make immediate contact to advise otherwise and have the place held until the following week. No refunds are available for those who have booked but fail to enrol at the first class.

• Trial/Taster Classes: Any one-off tasters are listed in the timetable above when available. Or you may attend the first class of any listed course for a drop-in fee on-the-door, subject to availability. Alternatively, your first class will be free if you pre-book a full course, attend the first class but decide not to continue and then claim the full fee back under the Money Back Guarantee.

  Please note that if you pay on the door for the first class, a place on any course running thereafter is not guaranteed as priority is given to those who pre-book. If a place is available the remaining course fee is payable as cash at the end of your trial class, if payment is made after that, a higher rate is charged and a place is not guaranteed to be held for you.

• Advance Contact: If not pre-booking, please read the Attendance Advice in advance for details of what to wear, bring, and health and safety. Advance email contact before attending a class for the first time is recommended to request a Fitness to Dance screening form (sent by email). In some circumstances medical advice or consent may be required before admittance in cases of injury, health problems or pregnancy. It is in your interest to request the form in advance. If pre-booking you will be sent the form automatically. Otherwise, please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a copy on arrival. Checking that the class is running as advertised is also advisable in case of any last minute changes.

• Arriving on time: There is no admittance after the warm-up. Please make sure you arrive on time for your class.

• 100% Money Back Guarantee: Pre-paid courses only. If you attend the first class of a pre-booked course and decide not to continue, you may claim a late refund for the FULL AMOUNT PAID within 24 hours of attending, no questions asked, effectively making your first class free. The guarantee is void 24 hours after the first class, or if you fail to attend your first booked class. The Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to courses that have been pre-paid online, and can be claimed once only per person. Does not apply to taster classes or other one-off sessions.

• Refunds and Transfers: One-off taster classes and workshops are not refundable or transferable. However if you have booked a course and are unable to attend, you may claim a refund or transfer to another course until 14 days before the course you have booked begins. Payment is strictly NOT refundable or transferable if you cancel later than this or fail to attend, except using the Money Back Guarantee above.

• Missed Classes: Any classes missed but paid for are not refundable, but Belly Dance Beginners may attend up to 3 repeat classes if and when available as a catch up, for no additional charge. If 3 or more consecutive classes are missed your booking is considered void and your place may be offered to another student. If you miss the first class (failing to enrol) and do not make immediate contact to hold your place, your place is voided and not refundable. You may not progress to the next level of classes if you have missed 3 or more classes.

• Termly Payments: Beginners courses are payable in full at the start. Once beginners level is completed, students are only required to pay for the classes they are able to attend at the start of each term and do not have to pay for classes missed due to holidays or other commitments. However once paid for, missed classes cannot be refunded, but a suitable alternative class can be attended as a replacement if available, for no additional charge within the same term. Replacement classes due are void at the end of each term.

• Under 16s: Under 16s may attend Belly Dance classes when accompanied by a participating parent/guardian over 18 only. Bookings received for under 16s will not be accepted unless sent with an adult booking. All other classes are for over 16s only.

• Joining a Beginners Belly Dance course that is underway: The courses must be attended in full from the start as they have a lot of content, and are progressive and carefully structured. Once a course has commenced latecomers may only join during the first few weeks, space permitting. After week 2 has passed, new students must first take extra-curricular lessons in order to catch-up with the course they wish to join. This is both for your own benefit and the interests of other class members so that they are not held back by new arrivals. The full course fee and cost of any catch-up lessons required must be pre-paid as a block before you can begin. Make sure you contact well before the next scheduled class so that a catch-up lesson can be arranged in time. Please be advised that late enrolment fees and catch-up lessons are charged at a premium rate.

• Private Lessons: Tina-Louise teaches in a group format and not on a one-to-one regular basis. All students are expected to attend regular group classes. However, personalised 'catch-up' lessons are available for students who have missed any classes and need to catch up with a course that is underway, up to a maximum of two sessions per student. These are usually provided for two or more students together and very rarely one-to-one. If you are a group organising a girl's night, birthday or hen party, you can book a group Taster Lesson at a venue and time to suit you. Please contact for more information.
