'BINGO-WING BUSTING' PROP WORKOUTS

Add-On Classes for Regular Students & Those Attending Dance-Fitness

INTRODUCTION

  • Tina-Louise & The Bellyrinas use a wide variety of props within their performances. These include Veils, Chinese Veil Fans, Isis Wings, Poi, Voi, Gymnastic ribbons and more.
  • Tina-Louise has acquired specialist training in their use to maximise their full potential within performances.
  • Having noticed the effective toning benefits to the upper arms, shoulders and back, Tina-Louise provides students with workout sessions using these props. These run alongside the Belly Dance and Dance-Fitness classes, and are offered as an 'add-on' when attending a regular class.

THE PROP WORKOUTS

  • Classes consist of a warm-up, a series of simple toning drills using a selection of props, and a stretching cool down. They are usually either 15 or 30 minutes duration.
  • Classes are open to females only. Due to the size of props, and the risk of misuse, these classes are for adults only.
  • Students who are attending any level Belly Dance, or any Dance-Fitness class may join these sessions.

HOW TO JOIN THE PROP WORKOUTS

  • As previously mentioned these sessions run alongside other classes as an 'add-on' to a regular class, and are not offered as a stand alone session. Therefore students will attend their regular Belly Dance class or Dance-Fitness class, then optionally attend the Prop-Workout as an extra.
  • Places are strictly limited due to the space required and equipment available.
