Additional Classes Provided:

Blending Indian dance moves, fitness exercises and Bollywood music for a fun workout. Learn a new routine at each class.

Classes are open to females only over 16. You don't have to have any previous dance experience at all, the moves are easy to follow and you can work at a pace that suits you. These are not structured dance 'lessons' - the emphasis is on fun - so you won't even notice what a great all over workout you're getting!

CLASSES RUN AS ONE-OFF WORKSHOPS OR SHORT COURSES ON AN AD HOC BASIS. VENUE, DAY & TIMES VARY TERM TO TERM.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING/ATTENDING:

  • Please contact Tina-Louise before attending for the first time so that you can complete a confidential health & safety screening form for your own safety in advance. If you have any health issues or concerns, please contact your doctor for advice before starting classes.
  • Places are strictly limited for safety so please check availability before attending a class as a drop in. Priority is given to those who have pre-booked.
  • Pre-booked places are not refundable or transferable if you are unable to attend, but if you attend your 1st class of a course and decide not to continue, you may request a refund for any remaining classes you have paid for WITHIN 48 HOURS of attending only.
  • The classes consist of high energy dance routines including medium to high impact moves throughout which may be unsuitable for some people. Classes are not suitable for pregnant women or those with injuries.
  • Please allow at least one hour after eating before attending the class. Please do not attend class if you feel unwell, or have sustained a recent injury that could affect your participation.
  • Please arrive on time for class. For safety reasons there is no admittance if you miss the warm-up.
  • Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for energetic exercise. Please bring CLEAN trainers to the session. Please remove outdoor shoes before entering dance studios. Students who are wearing unsuitable clothing will not be allowed to participate.
  • Please bring bottled water with you. Eating or chewing gum is not permitted during class.
  • Work at your own pace and ask questions whenever you need to.
  • Spectators are not permitted for the comfort of all participants.
